PHG Speech Day - Guest of Honour Speech 2016

Guest of Honour 2016 - Mrs Sue Davies (Buckland)

As Sue is about to leave Peterhouse Girls, it was most fitting for her to be the Guest of Honour at this year’s Speech Day. After 28 years of teaching at PHG and for her contribution to the school, Sue was awarded the Peterhouse Honours Tie. Congratulations Sue, on all that you have done and achieved here at Peterhouse. We wish you all the best of luck on your new path ahead.

Speech by Mrs Sue Davies (Buckland)

Good morning, Chairman of the Board of Governors, Mr Stuart Mattinson; Governors of this school; the Rector, Mr Howard Blackett; the Headmistress, Mrs Tracy Blignaut; my colleagues, the staff of Peterhouse Girls school; invited guests, parents, and girls of Peterhouse.

What I’d like to say to all of you, but particularly to the 6th form is “EMBRACE CHANGE”.
